BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
Becky Hibbard has been acting in stage
productions for twenty-two years, but has also served in just about every
backstage capacity imaginable. She has performed in lead roles in Steel
Magnolias, Blithe Spirit, Dearly Departed, King Kong the Musical, Faith County,
and numerous others. A highlight of her on-stage career has been playing
the role of Ethel in the hilarious comedy about actors, Moon over Buffalo.
Becky has also achieved notoriety with her comedic rendition of Pasty
Cline's "She's Got You". Becky serves as QCT's Production Coordinator, and
also oversees publicity, programs and anything else that needs her attention.
Becky is the retired head of employee discipline for the Texas Department of
Criminal Justice
Bob Hibbard is the Artistic Director for QCT, and has been acting for
forty-one years. A member of the Screen Actors Guild and the American
Federation of TV and Radio Artists, he has performed professionally with Denzel
Washington, James Woods, Peter Fonda, Brian Dennehy, Yvonne DeCarlo, James
Farentino, and many others.
On stage, Bob has done lead roles in The Odd Couple, Oliver!, Peter Pan, How
To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, Will Success Spoil Rock Hunter?,
Bye Bye Birdie, Bell, Book and Candle, Under the Yum Yum Tree, and more.
Directorial credits include: Facets of Love, Two by Two, The Fantasticks,
Li'l Abner, 1776, Little Mary Sunshine, both male and female versions of
The Odd Couple, Don't Drink the Water, Animal Farm, Steel Magnolias, Blithe
Spirit, Barefoot in the Park, Faith County, Exit the Body, From Hollywood with
Love, Rock 'n Roll Romance, Moon over Buffalo, Sentimental Journey, King Kong the Musical, and Clammy
Hand of Nightmare (the last two of which he also wrote).
Bob is a licensed auctioneer, a Mensan, and a retired Prison Warden.
